Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Respiratory Leader to join our team at GlaxoSmithKline. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing medical plans that align with our local strategies and business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in clinical practice and/or more than 3 years in similar roles in the pharmaceutical industry. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement medical plans (MP) in collaboration with the Respiratory Medical Head, aligned with local strategies and business objectives of the franchise.
  • Establish relationships with health authorities, regulatory agencies, and external experts to promote disease knowledge and effective therapy development.
  • Provide advice to commercial and sales teams, ensuring compliance with the Code of Practice in promotional activities and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate in strategic planning and launch of new products, working closely with the commercial team and other relevant teams.
  • Review and approve promotional materials and activities, guaranteeing alignment with corporate policies and local regulations.
  • Develop medical and scientific training for the sales force and other company areas, supporting pharmacovigilance policies as well.

Estimated Salary

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
