Key responsibilities include:

  • Answering calls professionally and acting in accordance with the Interpreters' Code of Conduct.
  • Staying aware of the specific vocabulary of the healthcare and medical industry.
  • Participating in internal professional training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Communicating and reporting to your team leader.

Requirements include:

  • Proficiency in English and the target language.
  • A minimum of 1+ years of interpreting experience (desirable).
  • High emotional intelligence and tolerance for diverse cultures.
  • Strong communication, listening, note-taking, and memory retention skills.
