The B2C Client Support Specialist is responsible for managing student enrollment applications from international locations; overseeing our student information system; generating billing statements and ensuring their accuracy; fostering consistent communication with students and field representatives; and executing special projects and requests as necessary.

Key Responsibilities

Process enrollments (bookings) for KLG institutions in various countries including the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Germany, France, and Switzerland. Assist the B2C and B2B Sales Teams based in Brazil in reaching market sales objectives. Maintain the student database and track student arrival schedules. Provide timely guidance and assistance to student inquiries primarily regarding visa processes, payment issues, and arrival logistics. Cultivate strong relationships with students. Develop robust connections with colleagues across all schools in different locations, becoming well-acquainted with each institution's staff and facilities. Deliver efficient, friendly, and proactive customer service to both students and school personnel. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance service quality, response times, and information accuracy. Manage personal administrative responsibilities, including filing, report generation, and payment collection. Keep the Customer Service Team Manager informed about student statuses, including arrivals, credit control, and financial matters. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Excellent organizational skills with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to meet deadlines. Dedication to providing exceptional customer service. Proficient data entry skills with a strong attention to detail. Capability to work both independently and collaboratively. Fluency in Portuguese and English. 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, lift up to 50+ pounds, pull, push, carry, grasp, reach, bend, and maintain visual acuity. Strong speaking and listening skills.
