Sales Business Development Analyst

Rockwell Automation, a global technology leader in industrial automation, is seeking an experienced professional to join our Inside Sales team. As an Inside Sales Analyst, you will play a crucial role in building and sustaining deep relationships with customers, working closely with account managers to develop sales strategies and support the growth of our OEM, systems integrator, and industry partner business.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with experience in B2B sales, particularly in manufacturing or software-related solutions. They will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer needs and develop effective solutions. Additionally, they will be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Power BI, Excel, SAP, and CRM.
As a member of our Inside Sales team, you will have access to extensive training and development opportunities, as well as a collaborative and dynamic work environment. You will report directly to the Team Leader, Inside Sales Team Leader, and will be part of a diverse and inclusive global community.
