Job Title: International Sales Representative - LATAM Market

Salary Range: up to $1,700 USD (Plus commissions)

We are seeking a skilled International Sales Representative to join our team at Sagan. This is an exclusive membership community for top executives, founders, and CEOs looking to hire and maximize the impact of international talent.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to engage our extensive client base, presenting compelling membership offers, and addressing any customer needs. They will educate customers on services and benefits, guide leads through the sales pipeline, and collaborate closely with the sales team to exceed targets.

This role requires a proactive and fluent English speaker with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in previous roles. The successful candidate will be adept at utilizing CRM software, thrive in a remote work environment, and possess exceptional communication and customer service skills.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Initiating outbound calls to engage our extensive client base
  • Presenting compelling membership offers and addressing customer needs
  • Educating customers on services and benefits to drive sales
  • Guiding leads through the sales pipeline from initial outreach to successful closure
  • Collaborating closely with the sales team to exceed targets and achieve collective goals
  • Maintaining meticulous records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software
  • Delivering post-sales support and follow-up to ensure unwavering customer satisfaction

  • Demonstrated track record of surpassing sales targets in previous roles

  • Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a remote work setting
  • Proficiency in utilizing CRM software for lead management and sales tracking

Nice-to-haves for this position include familiarity with Gusto countries and currencies compliance, knowledge of the plumbing or related industry, and flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities and customer requirements.
