Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Strategic Talent Onboarding Coordinator. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the successful onboarding and development of fresh talent within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Planning and Coordination: Develop detailed program plans, schedules, and resources needed for successful execution.
  • Onboarding and Orientation: Facilitate the onboarding process for Academy hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
  • Training Program Implementation: Coordinate the scheduling and logistics of training activities, tracking attendance and participation.
  • Mentorship and Guidance: Facilitate regular check-ins with mentors to monitor progress, address concerns, and provide mentorship opportunities for growth.
  • Performance Evaluation and Feedback: Coordinate performance evaluations and feedback sessions for freshers at key milestones during the program.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Project Management, Business Administration, or related.
  • Prior experience in project coordination or related roles, particularly involving training and development programs, is beneficial.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with freshers, mentors, trainers, and stakeholders.
