**What You’ll Do**

Lead ecommerce strategy for ANI Latam, being responsible for the development of the DTC channel, brick and clicks, last millers and marketplaces. The ecommerce manager will be key in the definition of the vision of the channel withn Abbott Nutrition, including identifying new opportunities for growth, regional negotiations with key commercial channels, look after the PNL of the channel and be an evangelist of this channel.

**Core Job Responsibilities**:
Lead regional strategy for ecommerce ecosystem - Lead regional negotiations for pure players and brick and clicks - Support affiliates on identifying better 3PL partners - Define and follow KPIs and dashboards - Prioritize new ecommerce features for Abbott store - Define work plan for brick and clicks, pure players including co-marketing activities to take full advantage of the ecosystem - Work with CRM team to articulate customer journey - Define general promotional activities - Deep dive on insights and analytics to identify UX improvements - POC for local teams on everything related to ecommerce
- Participate in the development of the Area Business Strategy; manage the development of appropriate eCommerce and digital campaigns for use across LATAM; ensure buy-in from Local Affiliates.
- Strategically plan and tactically execute an Integrated eCommerce Business Plan including Pure Players, Brick and Clicks and Market Places.
- The eCommerce Manager will stablish and monitor the regional KPIs to ensure execution exceeds expectations.
- Develop a deep understanding of the brand’s identity including product, editorial, and marketing initiatives in order to develop eCommerce strategies that meet both financial and brand-building goals.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a P&L or line of business. Core operational strength and the ability to make the right budget decisions to drive business success.
- The eCommerce Manager will keep abreast of new developments in the online world. They will also research the company’s core demographics and how to best reach them, in order to maximize search engine traffic and the effect of the company’s targeted ad buys.
- The eCommerce manager work with designers, website developers and content providers, to create or improve our own eCommerce site and partner sites. They ensure that the site is easy to use and navigate, and that it includes all the functions that visitors need to select, order and pay for products.
- Keep up to date with Web technology, introducing additional functionality to enhance the site.
- The eCommerce manager will work with marketing colleagues to create campaigns that improve search engine rankings, increase traffic to the site and strengthen customer loyalty.
- Negotiate on a regional level with key players like Amazon, Mercadolibre, Rappi
- Prioritize based on analysis key feature improvements and align Latam on a single roadmap
- Provide SEO/SEM/PPC and Internet Marketing thought leadership, innovation and process improvement initiatives
- The eCommerce manager will be responsible for providing strategic direction for the emerging country eCommerce professionals from a work direction, coaching and performance management perspective.

**Required Qualifications**
- BA/BS Degree in Business/ Marketing or similar.
- The eCommerce Manager will be able to successfully influence and manage a team of people and delegate tasks based on skills, he/she must be creative, pragmatic and eager to learn
- Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives
- Extensive experience with practices and techniques related to web merchandising or online retailing.
- Sound knowledge of website management and eCommerce usability.
- 5+ years of experience in developing and implementing winning eCommerce strategies and tactics.
- Familiar with regional eCommerce players in LATAM and experience working for them or with them is a plus.
- Degree in Business Administration with focus on Marketing, eCommerce
