Customer Service Manager - A Key Role in Aon

Aon is a global leader in risk, retirement, and health solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to lead our corporate customer service strategies and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement global, regional, and local customer service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  2. Meet commercial risk budgets and sales targets in renewals and new business.
  3. Monitor and improve customer retention indicators and rollover rates.
  4. Execute value proposals and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  5. Lead high-performance teams and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  6. Develop and implement financial administration processes for client portfolios and business lines.

Requirements:

  1. 8+ years of experience in the insurance or insurance brokerage industry, with a focus on customer service and team leadership.
  2. Advanced technical knowledge of insurable benefits programs and related fields.
  3. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  4. Advanced English language skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
