B2C Customer Service Executive

The B2C Customer Service Executive plays a vital role in ensuring the success of our international student enrollment process. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can effectively communicate with students, field staff, and internal teams to provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process student enrollment applications from overseas and maintain accurate records in our student database.
  • Generate invoices and monitor their accuracy to ensure timely payment from students.
  • Establish and maintain regular communication with students and field staff to address their queries and concerns.
  • Support the B2C and B2B Sales Team in Brazil to achieve sales targets for the market.
  • Maintain student arrival pipelines and provide prompt advice and support to student inquiries related to visa, payment, and arrival to our schools.
  • Develop strong relationships with students and colleagues across different destinations to ensure a seamless student experience.
  • Provide efficient, friendly, and proactive customer service to students and school personnel.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve service, response times, and quality of information.
  • Take responsibility for administrative tasks, including filing, running reports, and collecting payments.
  • Keep the Customer Service Team Manager informed about student status, including arrival, credit control, and finance issues.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Commitment to excellence in customer service.
  • Data entry skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service.
