Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Transformation Strategist for our Delivery Transformation Service Area. This middle-level management role will report to the Delivery Transformation Service Area Lead within the Solution Engineering organization and will be based in Colombia, Costa Rica, or the United States. The successful candidate will drive talent development and delivery readiness within the service area, ensuring we possess the right skills and capabilities to meet our clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities- Talent Strategy and Delivery Readiness:
- Set the strategy for training and development within the Delivery Transformation Service Area.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the firm.
- Oversee hiring, promotions, and the development of existing employees in the service area.
- Capability Management:
- Survey market trends and the competitive landscape for emerging capability needs in the Delivery Transformation Service Area.
- Maintain an inventory of the capabilities needed to strengthen and sustain the service area and solution-based delivery.
- Solution Engineering Leadership:
- Participate as an active and engaged member of the Solution Engineering Leadership Team.
- Keenly evaluate the strengths and development areas of Capability Leads in the Delivery Transformation Service Area.
- Talent Development:
- Partner with other Practice Leads and Delivery leadership to hone and maintain an expectations framework for Delivery talent across the firm.
- Outline talent development plans to address skill needs and strengthen delivery readiness.
- Recruitment and Evaluation:
- Partner with talent acquisition to identify and prioritize required skills for job applicants.
- Define and implement an interview process for all levels of Delivery resources in the Delivery Transformation Service Area.
The estimated salary for this position is around $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
