Your Role and Responsibilities
As a key member of our team, you will be entrusted with various responsibilities that may include, but are not limited to:
Ensuring that employees receive accurate and timely compensation in line with corporate policies and legal standards. Conducting thorough analyses, audits, and reconciliations to address complex payroll processing and employee compensation concerns, facilitating seamless payroll operations. Guaranteeing that payroll reporting and disbursements adhere to company policies, generally accepted accounting principles, and relevant regulations. Investigating and interpreting regulatory guidelines to resolve issues related to taxation, withholdings, and garnishments in payroll processing. Addressing inquiries from auditors and regulatory bodies. Developing standard operating procedures and responding to organizational changes such as mergers and acquisitions. Ensuring compliance of timekeeping systems with corporate policies and legal requirements. Assisting in resolving inquiries from employees and clients. Collaborating with system developers to implement solutions or manage the company’s payroll system in partnership with external service providers. Required Skills: Payroll Practices, Compliance with Wage and Hour Laws, Data Analysis, Knowledge Management. Additional Competencies: Problem Solving, Attention to Detail, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Customer Service, Process Enhancement, Effective Communication. Supporting payroll processes, social security, sick leave reimbursements, labor contract negotiations, and retirement plans. Essential QualificationsProfessional background in accounting, administration, or related fields. At least 3 years of experience managing payroll for a workforce exceeding 700 employees. In-depth understanding of current labor regulations, UGPP, social security, and tax reforms. Proficiency in tracking hours, overtime, and time management systems; familiarity with Workday Time Tracking is advantageous. Experience in managing outsourced processes and vendor relationships.
Skills and Expertise:
Fundamental financial acumen. Proficient in intermediate to advanced office software (Word, Excel, Outlook). Intermediate proficiency in English. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a Shared Service Center environment. Familiarity with ServiceNow case management systems. Experience with Workday. Advanced English proficiency.-
