Your Role at Baxter:

You will assist in the evaluation, design, and execution of compensation and incentive frameworks and policies. You will provide analytical support essential for the management of compensation initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Engage in implementation activities, including base pay programs and incentives.
  • Conduct job evaluations, collaborating with Field HR and management to clarify and define roles. Resolve exempt/non-exempt status (US/PR only).
  • Analyze and participate in surveys to assess labor markets and salary trends, aiding in the establishment of Baxter budgets, pay rates, and other actions.
  • Collaborate with Shared Services on survey submissions and data management. Analyze survey data during annual updates to identify issues and propose solutions.
  • Support the administration of all compensation initiatives in partnership with the compensation Center of Excellence, Shared Services, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure that Workday data structures facilitate effective compensation management.
  • Maintain processes that uphold the integrity of compensation-related data in Workday and other HRIT applications.
  • Document global compensation plan information meticulously.
  • Investigate and resolve inquiries related to compensation plans, processes, and tools.
  • Participate in functional reviews, analyzing market data to price positions (including incentives and stock options), conducting impact analyses, and formulating recommendations and action plans.
  • Support the Annual Compensation Review (ACR), pay and step structures, location differentials, and other essential processes.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in compensation and total rewards.
  • Relevant experience in compensation preferred.
  • Basic understanding of statistics is essential.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
