The Role

">

As a Data Engineering Sales Director, you will play a strategic role in scaling our business by building and maintaining relationships with strategic partners within our ecosystem. You will co-sell with Snowflake, AWS, Azure, and other ecosystem partners to sell transformative data and AI engineering services and solutions into key accounts. Your expertise will help us execute against lead generation activities, grow market share, and awareness within your region.

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Co-sell with technology partners to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.">
  • Execute against lead generation activities, including cold calls, email, social media, and regional events.">
  • Partner with Sales Engineers, Overlay sellers, Solution Architects, and other stakeholders to scope and present solutions to prospects, clients, and key stakeholders.">
  • Lead the phData brand effort within your accounts, including sales, delivery, and overall customer success.">
  • Navigate complex organizational structures to identify key stakeholders, champions, and budget owners across various lines of business within an account.">
  • Manage pipeline, forecasting, and deal updates to ensure accurate revenue projections.">
  • Exceed quarterly/annual sales targets for data engineering, analytics, and managed services goals.">

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

">
  • ">
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in technology services, preferably in cloud services, data services, and/or AI.">
  • Experience co-selling with technology partners and navigating complex sales cycles.">
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, with ability to craft proposals, SOWs, negotiate contracts, deliverables, and pricing.">
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.">
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, inclusive in your sales process, and curious about your customers' businesses.">
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.">
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.">

What We Offer:

We provide a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits including medical insurance, 401k plan, dental and vision insurance, home office equipment stipend, annual learning and development stipend, unlimited paid time off, and paid holidays.
