This Sales and Client Coordination Assistant position is an exciting opportunity to join EMAPTA's team in Colombia. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for coordinating appointments, managing client relationships, and providing administrative support to ensure seamless sales processes.
Your Key Responsibilities- Manage client relationships and coordinate appointments to ensure effective communication.
- Provide administrative support to sales representatives, including data entry and document management.
- Collaborate with field experts and attorneys to ensure timely updates and resolution of client issues.
- Monitor and assign uncontacted leads to sales representatives to maximize sales opportunities.
- Support colleagues with inquiries and concerns to maintain a positive work environment.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, client support, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow up on pending tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling tools.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
