At Bruntwork, we're seeking a highly skilled Sales Support and Lead Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you'll be responsible for driving business growth by managing incoming leads, scheduling estimates, and nurturing potential clients through the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Promptly respond to and qualify incoming leads
- Schedule and coordinate in-person and virtual estimates
- Follow up with potential clients to maintain engagement
- Utilize CRM systems to manage lead information efficiently
- Track marketing costs and report on lead quality
- Collaborate with the team to optimize the sales process
- Contribute to achieving weekly estimate targets
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in CRM systems or willingness to learn quickly
- Customer-oriented mindset with a drive for results
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
- Comfortable with performance-based incentives
- Available to work 20-40 hours per week, depending on workload
