About the Role

The Americas Corporates desk seeks a Commercial Leadership Track Business Development Representative to unlock new revenue from existing and new accounts.

This player/coach role will oversee 3 Business Development Representatives, setting up and upskilling them to commercialize key accounts.

Responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing Opportunities
    • Research accounts and investors' backgrounds
    • Develop compelling content to engage prospects
    • Book and deliver meetings with Prospect Users
  • Building Client Relationships & Generating Recurring Demand
    • Capitalize on excellent work to ensure recurring demand
    • Win and impress new users to build a name for Dialectica
  • Management / Coaching
    • Work with the team to hit numbers and pass on sales knowledge
    • Implement sales and business development best practices

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of BDR or SaaS sales experience
  • Fluency in CRM, qualification, pipeline, and lead generation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Tenacious, resilient, and skilled in relationship building
