As a seasoned professional with a strong background in customer service and supervisory experience, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a strong ability to motivate and develop teams, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets. In return, we offer a competitive salary, including an estimated $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of Traveler Support Center Representatives to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote additional CLC services to hotels, enhancing revenue streams and driving business growth.
- Counsel and coach representatives to improve their performance and meet individual and team goals.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular updates to the Travel Service Center Manager.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; associate's degree considered with relevant experience.
- Minimum three years' supervisory and/or management experience in a call center or business environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- A strong understanding of customer service principles, procedures, and best practices.
