About the Role:

This position is responsible for overseeing the activities of a team of Traveler Support Center Representatives, ensuring seamless customer service delivery and promoting additional services to hotels. As a seasoned professional with a strong background in customer service and supervisory experience, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a strong ability to motivate and develop teams, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets. In return, we offer a competitive salary, including an estimated $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage a team of Traveler Support Center Representatives to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to promote additional CLC services to hotels, enhancing revenue streams and driving business growth.
  3. Counsel and coach representatives to improve their performance and meet individual and team goals.
  4. Maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular updates to the Travel Service Center Manager.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; associate's degree considered with relevant experience.
  • Minimum three years' supervisory and/or management experience in a call center or business environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • A strong understanding of customer service principles, procedures, and best practices.
