About the Role
Gove is seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team in Chennai. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day operations in the customer service department, ensuring seamless communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Respond promptly to customer service issues, resolving them efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer service activities and discussions.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A strong background in customer service, preferably in a leadership role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in customer service.
