At Amazon, we are looking for a talented Customer Service Team Lead to join our team in Colombia. As a key member of our customer service operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a people manager and possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach and motivate their team members. A fluent speaker of English, Portuguese, and Spanish, they will be responsible for leading a team of Customer Service Associates and ensuring that they have the tools and resources needed to deliver world-class service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of Customer Service Associates to achieve exceptional results
  • Coaching and developing team members to improve their performance and engagement
  • Implement effective coaching techniques to support team development
  • Manage schedules, payroll, and other administrative tasks
  • Ensure compliance with Amazon's contact tenets and policies
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Advanced or fluent English and Portuguese language skills
  • 2+ years of experience as a people manager
  • Schedule flexibility
  • Exceptional analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (esp. MS Excel)
  • Strong commitment to exceptional customer experience
  • Excellent speaking-listening-writing skills, attention to details, proactive self-starter
  • Ability to work successfully in a dynamic, ambiguous environment
Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who have experience in process improvement and quality measures, as well as knowledge of continuous improvement processes.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, and you will be based in Colombia. You will have access to a range of benefits, including competitive salary, health insurance, and opportunities for professional development.

$45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Salary is negotiable based on qualifications and location.
