Our Job Opening

We're seeking a Channel Account Manager for Spanish-Speaking Latam to manage channel business relationships and drive sales of SAS products and solutions.

This quota-carrying, revenue-producing role is responsible for fostering and managing mutually beneficial relationships with a defined portfolio of partners, requiring a strong background working with key partners in software and solution sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard new channel partners, including resellers and distributors.
  • Meet revenue targets by developing and maintaining relationships with potential and existing channel partners.
  • Engage and manage SAS resources to support partnership objectives and sales opportunities.
  • Drive partner alignment sessions to review pipelines, develop account penetration strategies, and increase closing ratios.
  • Work with partners to develop annual joint business plans and resolve performance issues.
  • Maintain partner competence through training and certifications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years' experience as a Channel Account Manager or in a similar sales role.
  • Deep understanding of modern sales techniques, channel sales, and partner relationship management.
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Selling skills, sales and marketing strategy development.
  • Experience developing actionable joint business plans.
  • Presentation skills at the CxO level.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and manage through influence.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and execution.

Salary Range

$80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
