About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Representative to lead the development of our channel, generating negotiations that enhance the presence and relevance of Mattel brands.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our presence in the country.
  3. Manage and optimize our GS/POS target and profitability margin in our CBT.
  4. Oversee the client's portfolio and promotional budget for the year.

Requirements

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within retail/mass consumption with a strong commercial background.
  2. Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade and close deals.
  3. Ability to structure and detect new business opportunities.
  4. Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
