Job Overview: Your Role in the Digital Revolution

Be part of our client’s team as a Senior Digital Marketing Strategist where you’ll lead the strategy for paid search and social channels, ensuring brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement. Your role will be pivotal in helping clients achieve their marketing and sales goals through innovative digital strategies.

Shift: MONDAY TO FRIDAY | 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST
Work setup: Remote, Bogotá


Responsibilities: Shape the Future, Task by Task

Direct the strategy for Paid Search (Google, YouTube) and multiple Paid Social channels (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
Define and execute goals such as generating brand awareness, capturing consideration (lead generation), converting leads to revenue, and enhancing customer or member engagement.
Work with Tobe's clients to understand their needs, budgets, and develop strategic plans that integrate multiple channels to achieve marketing and sales goals.
Collaborate with the Client Operations Director to assemble a team, develop a project plan, and deploy resources to execute the defined strategy.
Oversee PPC management for clients, ensuring successful execution of campaigns.
Coordinate with resources for social media management, marketing technology management (e.g., HubSpot), SEO, and email marketing to support client campaigns.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at client companies.
Manage the overall performance of client accounts, including setting and tracking key metrics, and configuring analytics tools like Google Analytics and Looker Studio.
Work closely with clients to understand their business goals, target audience, and competitive landscape.
Develop and execute growth marketing strategies for a portfolio of clients using digital channels such as email, SEO, PPC, social media, and video.
Develop and implement content marketing strategies, including blog posts, white papers, and e-books, in collaboration with the production team.
Manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, campaign creation, and analytics, working closely with the email marketing team.
Manage social media marketing campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and analytics, in coordination with the social media team.
Serve as the key point of contact with the client.
Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to clients.
Work on proposals and other content as needed.
Assist with new product and service development as needed.
Support business development and sales pitches as required.

RequirementsQualifications Needed: What Makes You a Digital Maverick
  • 5-8 years of experience in a Digital Agency, working in an Account Management role.
  • 5+ years of experience managing Paid Social and Search campaigns.
  • 5+ years of experience managing client-facing engagements.
  • 5+ years of experience managing a team in an agency environment.
  • 5+ years of experience managing a full-funnel acquisition model, including awareness, lead acquisition, lead nurturing, customer conversion, and customer retention.
  • Strong prioritization skills and the ability to make decisions within tight timeframes across multiple high-priority projects.
  • Familiarity with the Real Estate and B2B SaaS verticals, as well as Membership and Recurring revenue business models.
