Project Manager

The Project Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution and delivery within the company's priorities, scope, budget, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Oversight: Manage multiple enterprise-level projects, ensuring adherence to company priorities, scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage project sponsors, stakeholders, contributors, and third-party vendors to foster productive working relationships and drive project success.
  • Project Definition: Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Resource Allocation: Ensure optimal resource availability and allocation, leveraging team members' skills and capabilities.
  • Progress Tracking: Track progress and clearly communicate resource requirements, progress, updates, and delays to senior management, escalating when necessary.
  • Project Planning: Take responsibility for detailed planning of projects to accomplish goals or produce required products within constraints such as time, cost, and agreed quality standards.
  • Risk Management: Identify, log, analyze, and manage potential and actual issues and risks, taking corrective action.
  • PMO Compliance: Adhere to and utilize the PMO information organization structure and templates, ensuring consistency and alignment with established project management practices.
  • Communication: Organize, develop presentations, and determine agendas for meetings with project teams.
  • Professional Development: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, attend conferences, and obtain training as required to maintain proficiency and professional certification.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, supporting their professional development and fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Flexibility: Flexible schedule required to cover cross-border projects and time zones.
