We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our employee experience initiatives, focusing on designing and implementing strategies that improve attraction, engagement, and retention. In this role, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to build a deep understanding of employee needs, drive positive employee engagement, and ensure alignment with company goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Collaborate with people functions (HR, Talent Acquisition, Training, QA, internal communications) and business leaders/stakeholders to design and implement EX strategies and programs.

  • ">
  • Support the implementation of EX strategies working with local program managers to enhance the overall employee experience.
">
  • ">
  • Drive participation in employee surveys, analyze feedback, and develop a comms plan to raise awareness of the feedback.
">
  • ">
  • Serve as a strategic advisor on best practices for employee events and activities, ensuring inclusivity and measuring impact.
">
  • ">
  • Manage vendor and budget responsibilities, recognizing employees in Barranquilla based on their voices.
">
  • ">
  • Analyze data from multiple sources, identify trends, monitor the pulse, and drive action to continuously improve the employee experience.

Requirements:

  • ">
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, designing and implementing EX strategies and programs.
">
  • ">
  • A proven track record of designing and implementing people-related initiatives.
">
  • ">
  • English proficiency (B2 or above).
">
  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, or a related field preferred.
">

Salary Range:

">

$65,000 - $85,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
