Job Description

The successful candidate will lead the development of our collections team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

This includes:

  1. Developing methodologies, motivation systems, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the collections team.
  2. Creating a strategy for managing non-performing loans using technical collection tools.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a team leader in collections, strong decision-making skills, and fluency in English.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience as a team leader in collections or a related field.
  • Consistency in decision-making and a proven leadership track record.
  • Fluency in English and advanced Excel skills.
  • At least 2 years of managerial experience with a focus on decision-making and accountability.
