At Publicis Groupe, we are committed to delivering outstanding work for our clients. Our Content team is looking for a skilled Content Publisher to join our LATAM team.

The ideal candidate will have experience using Enterprise Content Management Systems (ECMS) and open-source Content Management Systems (CMS). They will be responsible for adhering to technical solutions, including site structures and content development.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Confirming that content guidelines and best practices are in place to ensure adherence.
  2. Collaborating on maintaining concise and clear documentation for the project.
  3. Collaborating with content releases reviewing and editing content.
  4. Collaborating with technical and QA teams to troubleshoot and resolve content issues in CMS.
  5. Maintaining constant communication with Content Lead and Content Manager to help identify and prevent content layout issues.
  6. Configuring, creating, and editing new pages into the existing CMS site tree.
  7. Collaborating on new editor's training process and on the documentation of the process.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Content experience on CMS.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Content Editor.
  • Experience building consumer-facing websites with templates and components using content workflows.
  • Experience working with Tag Management.
  • Familiarity with personalization tools.
  • Understanding of CMS platform setups.
  • Experience with multi-site, multi-language, multi-market solutions.
  • Experience reading HTML markup and basic CSS styles.
  • Experience with CMS architecture and components.

Prior experience with AEM and pharma experience are a plus.
