Business Operations Manager

At Anthology Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Manager to join our Field Sales Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team's efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the LAC Vice President and Sales team in program development and special projects, including annual planning activities and sales rep level performance analysis.
- Act as a point of escalation for sales reps, providing necessary data analysis to support marketing and sales campaigns, territory planning, and whitespace analysis.
- Lead forecasting activities at sales rep level for the LAC region, participating in pipeline calls to inform accurate forecasting.
- Provide complex deal support, helping reps outline the process from initial pricing to contract delivery for deals and tenders above $250K or strategic deals.
- Liaise with SFDC/CRM/OTR team for international requirements and territory set-up, ensuring seamless sales operations.
- Play a key role in building Monthly Business Review (MBR) data and slides for monthly reviews to the Executive team.
- Serve as an international representative on internal teams/committees to assist with new processes, system, and program rollouts.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred.
- 5-8 years of professional experience in finance, sales operations, or sales compensation, ideally working for a global organization.
- Excellent organizational skills and short- and long-term planning skills.
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Experience with budget management, forecasting sales and expenses.
- Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage projects.
- Strong analytical, data mapping, PowerPoint, and Excel skills.
- Experience working with Salesforce, report/dashboard development.
- Fluency in written and spoken English at CEF B2 level or above.
- Ability to work flexible hours to provide time zone support.
