Business Development Manager for Advertising and Media Solutions

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our sales team in Colombia, reporting directly to the Senior Director, Sales - ROLA. This pivotal role plays a crucial part in maintaining and nurturing existing business relationships while driving the renewal of assigned accounts with a focus on our Media, Advertising, and Data platforms.
Key ResponsibilitiesCultivating Strategic Partnerships: Strengthen relationships with assigned accounts, promoting awareness of Epsilon's solutions and fostering long-term partnerships by collaborating with clients to understand their business objectives, campaign briefs, and target audiences.
Driving Revenue Growth: Implement strategic cross-selling and upselling initiatives tailored to each client's unique requirements, leading to product adoption and revenue growth.
Client Advocacy: Serve as an advocate for client training and service enhancements, ensuring that customer needs are met with excellence and efficiency.
Renewal Process Leadership: Lead the renewal process for existing accounts, surpassing renewal targets through proactive engagement and exceptional service delivery.
Exceptional Customer Service: Proactively address client concerns and challenges, championing the overall health and satisfaction of client relationships, while working closely with internal teams to promptly address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
Requirements and QualificationsExperience and Skills: 5 years' experience selling Advertising and/or Marketing technology products, preferably at multinational or leading national companies, with a demonstrated track record of successfully managing a diverse portfolio of accounts.
Education and Certifications:
- Demonstrated expertise in CRM software is advantageous
- Proficient in English for business discussions and correspondence at an intermediate level
