Our Airport Operations team is vital in maintaining seamless operations at our airports worldwide. From the check-in area to the departure gates, our team ensures everything runs smoothly every day.

As a representative of our customers, your role will include:

You will be the welcoming face for our travelers, whether they are flying for business or leisure. Your role is to create a positive atmosphere where every individual feels appreciated and respected. You will engage with our international clientele in our lobbies and at the gates, assisting them with ticketing, baggage handling, and providing a warm greeting as they embark on their journeys. Your friendly, professional, and insightful service will help resolve travel issues and enhance their overall experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing incoming calls, welcoming, and advising customers, as well as tagging and handling baggage.
  • Preparing tickets, determining fares, and ensuring passengers' travel needs are met.
  • Engaging with customers in a friendly and helpful manner to create memorable experiences and foster loyalty.
  • Anticipating customer needs and taking responsibility when issues arise.
  • Upholding safety standards and ensuring compliance with operational protocols.

This position is subject to local terms and conditions. Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas will not be provided.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Comfortable using computers, mobile devices, and modern technologies.
  • Physical capability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift, including lifting and handling baggage.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for training.
  • Flexibility to work any assigned shift within a 24/7 operation, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Legally authorized to work in Colombia without sponsorship.
  • Ability to meet attendance and appearance standards set by the company.
  • Capability to obtain a US Visa.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the airline, travel, or hospitality sectors.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Possession of a valid passport and visa.
