Job Title: LatAm Sales Manager, Brazil Region

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead our team in Brazil and drive sales growth in the Latin America region.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a sales team to meet monthly goals and revenue targets.
  • Build confidence and trust with direct reports and provide developmental feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Coach team members to develop their professional sales skills and provide training on skills improvement, inbound sales, product, and marketing topics.
  • Collaborate with other sales managers, directors, and executives to drive business growth.
  • Maintain headcount via recruiting, selecting, and training new Corporate Growth Specialists.
  • Stay up-to-date with professional and technical knowledge of inbound marketing and the HubSpot platform.
  • Understand the country market(s) and build and execute plans to grow them.
  • Demonstrate HubSpot core values and leadership traits.
  • Understand leadership training styles and apply to interactions with direct reports.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years leading a sales team or coaching/mentoring others.
  • Professional fluency in English and Portuguese.
  • Experience leading a consultative sales process, with an ability to segment and manage territories effectively and work with partners to win business.
  • Superior coaching skills, with the ability to observe, evaluate, and use various techniques to improve results.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple objectives.
  • Good prospecting skills, with the ability to demonstrate effectiveness on the first part of the HubSpot sales methodology.
  • Strong analytic skills to identify trends and gaps in activities and results to drive changes in team behaviors and build growth plans.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to drive business results through collaboration.
  • Strong individual and team motivation skills, with high self-awareness and good interpersonal and EQ skills.
  • Personal responsibility to hit monthly team goals and a positive attitude.
