About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Membership Manager to join our team in Latin America. As a key member of our membership team, you will be responsible for driving membership growth and engagement across 5-6 cities in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement membership strategies to drive recruitment and retention in the region
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including members, partners, and local influencers
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of events and experiences that foster member engagement and loyalty
  • Manage and analyze membership data to inform business decisions and optimize membership programs
  • Collaborate with the wider membership team to ensure consistency and quality across all membership experiences
Requirements
  • Proven experience in membership development, community engagement, or a related field
  • Strong network of contacts in the creative industries across Latin America
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations
  • Charismatic and confident personality, with a passion for the creative verticals of fashion, art, music, and film
  • Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Highly organized, with a great eye for detail and the ability to manage complex workloads
