Senior Business Development Representative

Bruntwork is a dynamic and forward-thinking company seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Development Representative to join our team. This is a remote position with a salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and results-driven professional to drive business growth through strategic sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in outbound sales, a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify and set appointments with private practice doctors and billing office managers
- Proactively reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels
- Achieve daily KPIs related to call volume, lead engagement, and other relevant metrics
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring continuous engagement and identifying opportunities for future business
- Present Bruntwork's products or services in a compelling manner, addressing the specific needs and concerns of the prospect
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads and provide insights on market trends and customer feedback
Requirements:
- Strong B2B experience in the healthcare industry
- Fluent in spoken English, with strong written communication skills
- Proven negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers
- Strong probing skills to understand client needs and offer relevant solutions
- Demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets
