Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Enterprise Partner to join our team at Roche. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial solutions that enable organizational outcomes and financial planning and control of execution to guarantee performance and resource optimization.
  • Facilitate outcome-based planning cycles, ensuring alignment with local strategy and impact-based prioritization.
  • Ensure business and financial insights are available to internal and/or external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Country roles responsible for Value Proposition, HTA & Pricing roles in the development of new Revenue / Business Models.
  • Interact with external stakeholders to facilitate the identification of collaboration opportunities and development of financial schemes that enable patient access to our solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting activities and processes aligned to corporate and statutory controls through close collaboration with the CCA (Country Chief Accountant) role.
  • Comply with the Roche Code of Conduct as well as with company compliance policies and principles.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to listen, and ability to influence and negotiate.
  • Complete university studies in areas of administration, economics, engineering or similar.
  • Relevant experience in financial planning and control, experience with budget planning responsibilities, investment control, sales, headcount, etc. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a differential.
  • Advanced English proficiency is a requirement.
  • Attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Results orientation, teamwork and management of internal and external customers.
  • Long-term mobility is a differential.
