Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the monthly financial review process and provide timely financial information to business teams.
  • Responsible for various financial business processes, including strategic plans, annual budgets, and monthly projections.
  • Provide business partner support for daily activities and special projects, and assist business partners with understanding financial policies and practices.
  • Develop understanding of inventory flows to facilitate discussions and engage business partners in analyzing and improving inventory and E&O.
  • Participate in Global Inventory calls/meetings, propose and implement continuous improvement projects, and support the management of inventory investment decisions.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in finance or accounting.
  • B.S. in accounting, finance, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Working knowledge of accounting principles and budgeting practices.
  • Proficiency with personal computers and software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/Word/PowerPoint), PowerBi.
  • Knowledge of information systems and their application to Finance (Hyperion, SAP).
  • Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
