Sales and Business Development Lead for Colombian Healthcare Market

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Lead to join our team in Colombia. As the primary representative of our company in the region, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion into new markets.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its complexities. You will be expected to develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, as well as build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the Colombian market;
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers and insurance companies;
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and threats;
- Prepare and deliver sales pitches and presentations to secure new business;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication;
- Manage and analyze sales data to inform strategic decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the healthcare industry;
- Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- A competitive salary range of $8 million COP - $12 million COP per year, depending on experience;
