Job Title: Creative Marketing Manager

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Creative Marketing Manager to join our team at Project Growth. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive creative briefs that outline project goals, target audiences, key messages, and deliverables.
  • Translate complex client needs and market research into actionable and inspiring creative directions.
  • Ensure briefs are aligned with brand guidelines, strategic objectives, and creative best practices.
  • Design and develop visually compelling graphics, animations, and videos using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Create and edit animations and motion graphics to enhance storytelling and audience engagement.
  • Produce high-quality video content, including shooting, editing, color grading, and sound design.
  • Test-and-Learn Strategy: Implement and manage a test-and-learn approach for design and copywriting to ensure a consistent flow of new options for Meta specialists.
  • Video Production and Editing: Create and edit high-quality video content for Meta ads, using advanced techniques to produce engaging and visually compelling materials aligned with campaign goals.
  • Storytelling and Copywriting: Develop persuasive narratives and write effective ad copy for Meta platforms, ensuring all content aligns with brand voice and advertising guidelines.
  • Meta Ads Strategy and Optimization: Design and implement creative strategies for Meta ad campaigns, analyze performance data to refine content, and stay updated on platform trends and best practices.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and analyze performance metrics for all creative initiatives, including CAC, ROI, conversion rates, and appointment bookings.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders, demonstrating the impact of creative strategies and suggesting areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in creative development, preferably within an agency setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while maintaining keen attention to detail.
  • Strong negotiation, listening, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Approachable personality with a client-focused mindset.
  • Bonus: Experience in the aesthetics industry, including MedSpas, plastic surgery, or beauty sectors.
