Marketing Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Project Growth. This is a key role that will drive our marketing strategies and enhance our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creative Briefs: Develop and create comprehensive creative briefs that outline marketing strategies and goals, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives.
  • HubSpot Automation & Lead Management: Be the in-house expert on HubSpot, responsible for setting up automation workflows, lead nurturing sequences, and integrating HubSpot with Pipedrive to seamlessly transition qualified leads into the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborative Marketing Strategy: Partner with our design team to craft and implement marketing strategies that drive inbound traffic and improve lead quality.
  • Social Media Engagement: Own and manage our social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others. Post regularly, actively engage with our audience, respond to relevant posts, and grow our community.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2+ years in a marketing management role, with a focus on digital marketing and lead management.
  • HubSpot Proficiency: Proficient in managing inbound leads and tracking marketing performance using HubSpot.
  • SEO Knowledge: Strong understanding of SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and improve organic traffic.
  • Proactive Mindset: Self-sufficient and proactive in taking initiative to drive marketing strategies and enhance brand presence.
