Key Responsibilities:- Conduct timely and effective collection follow-up activities on assigned credit products to ensure maximum recovery rates.
- Manage outbound and inbound calls for multiple countries, adhering to established methodologies and scripts.
- Reduce delinquency rates through effective management, persuading clients towards solutions and offering appropriate payment arrangements.
- Utilize creativity and perseverance to manage problem accounts, preventing roll-over to non-accrual/charged-off categories and maximizing recovery of charged-off accounts.
- Meet specific goals and objectives to achieve high levels of productivity and effectiveness.
- 1 year of work experience in a Call Center environment, preferably in customer service, marketing, or collections.
- Knowledge of the Bank's systems, particularly collection systems.
- General knowledge of legislation and legal proceedings impacting recovery and losses.
