Job Summary
We are seeking a driven and self-motivated Business Development Representative to execute targeted strategies and drive opportunities for new business growth with contractors in the construction and agriculture industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify prospective customers over the phone and educate them on why Bruntwork is right for their business.
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries and take the lead on helping them place orders with support from teammates.
- Conduct verification processes for each sale, gather supporting documentation, and organize accordingly.
- Achieve monthly targets of qualified opportunities, pipeline attribution, and close deals.
- Generate new business opportunities through calling, emailing contractors, and research to build the sales pipeline.
- Bulk up new accounts by adding contacts, sending emails, strategic calling, etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred, or working experience.
- Experience in fast-paced customer service, inside sales, or call center environment.
- Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting individual who can hit the ground running.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Thriving in a fast-paced environment, flexible to changing requirements as the business develops.
- Motivated by success and achieving company targets.
- Spanish language proficiency an asset.
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 per year, plus benefits and bonuses based on performance.
