Technical Support Specialist

Role Purpose:

Jumio is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Technical Support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolves technical issues and escalates complex problems to senior support team members
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and technical documentation

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Knowledge of web technologies (e.g. REST API, JSON, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Java, jQuery, Angular JS)
