Role Purpose:
Jumio is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Technical Support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Resolves technical issues and escalates complex problems to senior support team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues
- Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and technical documentation
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of web technologies (e.g. REST API, JSON, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Java, jQuery, Angular JS)
