At Just Global, Inc., we are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. This role will focus on managing paid social strategy, optimization, and execution across all in-house platforms. The successful candidate will ensure the highest level of quality work, strategic thinking, and collaboration with internal and external partners for a select group of accounts.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a digital marketing environment, agency, and/or client experience. They will also possess knowledge of ad platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, Twitter, and analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.

In this role, you will be responsible for internal holistic ownership of client accounts, including strategy, planning, budgeting, and reporting. You will provide strategic and executional support to team members on various clients with different complexities and backgrounds. Additionally, you will troubleshoot issues, communicate with client and internal teams, and maintain quality control while ensuring projects and campaigns are executed completely, correctly, accurately, and efficiently for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage vendor relationships and cultivate partnerships to facilitate account growth and performance.
  • Ensure process and activation best practices are used across the paid social team.
  • Mentor Coordinator and Associate level team members regarding paid social best practices and internal processes.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a digital marketing environment, agency, and/or client experience.
  • Knowledge of ad platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, Twitter, and analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, commercially astute, and eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on location and experience.
