Job Title: Finance Manager - Global Services

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our Global Services team. As a key member of our finance organization, you will provide financial leadership and support to our Global Services Operations, Procurement, and Strategy & Business Services teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis of strategic projects and operational expenses, identifying trends and providing actionable recommendations to improve efficiency.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets and forecasts for GS Procurement, GS SBS, and GS Operations, analyzing actual performance against budgeted targets and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Business Partnering: Partner with senior leadership and present financial information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess financial processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing streamlined processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy of financial operations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, operations, and finance departments, to align financial goals with overall business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate financial information, trends, and analysis to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, collaborating with senior management to provide financial recommendations and drive financial accountability across the organization.
  • Data Management: Collect, analyze, and interpret financial and operational data to support financial planning and decision-making, ensuring data accuracy and integrity while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, policies, and procedures, including GAAP and internal control requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, preferably within a global procurement or operational environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling, validating assumptions, data analysis, and reporting tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets accurately.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to navigate ERP/financial systems (i.e., SAP).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
