Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Lawyer to join our team. As a key member of our Legal Department, you will be responsible for structuring, drafting, and negotiating finance transactions, as well as advising on regulatory and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Structure and negotiate finance transactions, including lending, corporate finance, and bond investments
- Advise on regulatory and statutory requirements in relevant countries of operation
- Conduct negotiations with international counterparties
- Manage internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Fully qualified attorney or similar foreign qualification
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Spanish
- Sufficient experience in relevant area of work
- Attention to detail and pragmatism
- High degree of independence and strong negotiating skills
