Finance Lawyer

Finance in Motion is a global impact asset manager dedicated to sustainable development in low and middle-income countries. We develop and advise impact investment funds that bring together public and private investors to address climate change, strengthen biodiversity conservation, and promote economic opportunities.

• Structure, draft, and negotiate finance transactions, including lending, corporate finance, bond investments, and project finance.
• Advise on regulatory and statutory requirements in relevant countries, working with external local legal counsel.
• Conduct negotiations with international counterparties on various legal issues.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders.

• Fully qualified attorney or similar foreign qualification.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Spanish.
• Sufficient experience in the relevant area of work.
• Attention to detail and pragmatism in balancing commercial considerations.
• High degree of independence, proactivity, and strong negotiating skills in an international context.
• Strong sense of responsibility and enthusiasm.
