Accounting and Finance Manager

Eni is seeking an experienced Accounting and Finance Manager to join our team in Bogota, Colombia. As a key member of our accounting and financial department, you will be responsible for establishing and executing risk management and processes related to tax, accounting, and financial controls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement tax structure and strategy for the company.
  • Execute tax calculations and payments promptly.
  • Estimate, process, and manage tax benefits, including UPME Certificates.
  • Review and verify accounting registers according to company operations.
  • Establish and implement accounting registration policies to simplify expense identification by project.
  • Review, approve, and present financial statements and reports to local CEO, Board of Directors, and Plenitude team.
  • Procure financial resources and budget planning and reporting.
  • Invoice, follow up, and report accounts payable and receivable.
  • Develop cash flow for the company.
  • Execute company payments (treasury) and bank accounts management and reporting.
  • Support all areas in terms of accounting principles, financial analysis, tax structuring, and payments.
Requirements:
  • Professional accountant degree or equivalent.
  • Excellent command of office tools, especially Excel.
  • Spanish and English (advanced - verbal, spoken, and written). Ideal if the candidate knows Italian.
