Job Title: Full Cycle Account Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Account Executive to join our team at LatamCent. As a Full Cycle Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and contributing to our expanding client base. You will focus on engaging with prospects, understanding their procurement and invoicing needs, and demonstrating how our software can streamline their processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through both inbound and outbound initiatives, with a focus on engaging decision-makers in finance and procurement.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their procurement challenges and tailor solutions that meet their specific needs.
- Conduct effective product demonstrations that highlight the features and benefits of our software.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to close, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies based on market feedback.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a SaaS environment targeting SMBs.
- C1+ English Level.
- Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Familiarity with CRM software, preferably HubSpot.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
What We Offer:
- Salary: $2500-$3000 base salary plus commission, with an OTE of $60,000-$67,000 per year.
