Customer Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Risk Management Specialist to join our team at Betsson AB. As a key member of our Sportsbook department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal profitability of our customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Anomaly Detection and Trend Analysis: Identify and address emerging trends and anomalies in customer activity to optimize our customer base.
- Comprehensive Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of Sportsbook reports to gain insights into customer behavior and preferences.
- Customer Management: Develop and implement strategies to manage Sportsbook customers effectively, ensuring an optimized customer setting.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate risks associated with Anti-Money Laundering (AML), integrity matches, and questionable customers.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with the team to develop and implement new strategies and tools to optimize the customer management process.
- Customer Support: Handle customer queries and requests related to limits and classifications.
- Expertise in Sportsbook Betting: Possess an excellent understanding of Sportsbook betting principles and concepts.
- Shift Work: Be willing to work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Adaptability and Passion: Demonstrate a determined and adaptable attitude, with a strong passion for the sports betting industry.
- Team Spirit: Possess strong team spirit and be willing to work collaboratively as part of a single unit.
- Analytical Skills: Demonstrate strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Experience: Possess at least 3 years of experience in a Sportsbook environment.
- Language Skills: Be fluent in English and possess good communication skills.
- Relocation: Be willing to relocate to Colombia.
- University Degree: Hold a university degree, preferably in an analytical field.
- Manual Trading Experience: Possess manual trading experience in sports such as US Sports, Ice-Hockey, Basketball, Volleyball, Handball, or eSports.
- Microsoft Office Skills: Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Organizational Skills: Demonstrate excellent organizational skills.
