Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly proactive Sales Development Representative to oversee our database system and drive our sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure prompt responses to incoming calls within 5 minutes or less.
  • Handle back-office tasks efficiently, including lead qualification, protocol adherence, and generating meetings.
  • Use pre-defined criteria to determine if a lead is a good fit for our product or service.
  • Adhere to our established protocol for lead tracking and follow-up.
  • Secure meetings by making at least 7 calls per day.
  • Maintain and update our lead database, Hubspot, to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a call center environment is essential.
  • Fully bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage a high volume of calls and leads effectively.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets.
