As a **Freight Broker**, some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:

- Acquire new clients.
- Negotiate rates.
- Select carriers.
- Dispatch cargo.
- Manage and maximize existing accounts.

**Requirements**:
**Minimum requirements**:
**Studies**: Professional degree in International Business, Business Administration, International Relations, Marketing or related.

**Experience**: At least 6 months experience in phone sales, business development, and/or as an account executive. Having experience in logistics in the industry will be a plus.

**Language**:Strong proficiency in English is essential to effectively communicate (C1 Level required).

**Perks**:
**Work mode**: Remote.

**Contract**:Indefinitely contract.

**Training**: You will participate in a paid program specifically for freight brokers in the logistics sector.

**Schedule**: From Monday to Friday, **7:30 am to 5:30 pm** with one hour for lunch. (following the American calendar).

**Salary**: Base compensation + Guaranteed + Connectivity support of 30.000 COP + Commission plan.
