Role OverviewThis is a challenging and rewarding role for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. As a Customer Relationship Management Specialist, you will serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a dedicated client success partner, providing white-glove service and ensuring seamless communication with clients.
- Inspect sales orders to guarantee accurate execution and identify potential issues.
- Collect and verify all client materials, ensuring adherence to technical and creative specifications.
- Manage advertising specs and guidelines as new partners are added or product offerings evolve.
- Maintain accurate tracking documents and collaborate with the execution team to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g., business, marketing).
- At least 2 years of experience in customer success roles within media, communications, or a related field.
- Demonstrated passion for customer service excellence and a proven track record of achieving results.
- Excellent project management and communication skills, with a focus on prioritization, organization, and time management.
- Process-driven, high attention to detail, and able to manage multiple competing deadlines simultaneously.
